What Are knots?
A muscle knot, is a small, tight area within a muscle where the fibers contract and fail to relax and can fuse together. It can develop from overuse, poor posture, stress, or minor injury, leading to localised pain or stiffness that may sometimes radiate to other areas. These knots can limit movement and feel tender to the touch, but they can improve with heat, stretching or massage.
